Returns & Exchanges

At Litespeed Bicycles, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our titanium frames and performance components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Carefully pack your bicycle or components in the original factory packaging, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Labels

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to ensure the package is routed to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange frame within 5-7 business days.
